Confidentiality is a subject that must be approached seriously in IVF treatments. Sharing medical information with individuals other than the patient is strictly forbidden. In our centre, where we are particularly sensitive to the issue of confidentiality, all information, from the storage of medical data to patient interviews, is protected with the most up-to-date technology, and all relevant personnel are subject to periodic training by international standards. Only relevant healthcare personnel can access patients' medical information, thus preventing the flow of information in areas that are irrelevant to each personnel.
